General Pledges
- Always acknowledge any kind of communication for assistance and do our best to help find a solution or a resolution to the issue in question
- We will always be there for you and not just be visible at election times
- To fight for the best outcomes for the Marsh and Micklefield ward
- Making sure that Wycombe never gets left behind or overlooked and that it gets its fair share of funding. Wycombe’s success is our success
- Locate funding streams to use for local communities to make improvements
Pledges for Marsh & Micklefield
- Repair and actively monitor recurring potholes
- Funding for Groups and Events – With loss of M&MBL we have lost considerable funds that need replacing*
- Work with community to find a suitable reuse of the Polish Club building in Micklefield*
- Deliver a pedestrian crossing at the Micklefield Road / London Road junction*
- Address air quality issues along London Road
- Campaign for additional GP and dental care services
- Smarter parking provisions in Wyedene and congested roads across the area
- Seek ways to improve Wycombe Marsh Netball parking and congestion
- Seek funding streams to invest in our local community centres, churches and mosques.
- Enhance routes for WycombeSanta to cover a wider area
- To work with community on food insecurity issues.
- Gomm Valley green – to minimise any further attempt to build on the area
- Landlords and Housing Associations – work with residents to ensure they are delivering .
- Air quality improvements along London Road / Gomm area, promote the use of green walls
- Revive the Polish Club and bring it back into community use
- Crack Down on Waste – Expand town centre clean-up teams to Marsh & Micklefield.
- Micklefield Tunnel – launch an innovative project to turn it into a welcoming walkway
Pledges for High Wycombe
- Town Council for High Wycombe*
- Campaign to build Council Homes (YES Council Homes) for local residents and key workers*
- Stop the sell off of town assets by Buckinghamshire Council*
- Campaign for empty retail spaces to be used for – pop-up shops and community initiatives*.
- Campaign for better public transport – frequent and affordable bus services connecting residential areas to the town centre*
- REAL grant funds for local groups and organisations*
- Campaign for more GP and dentist appointments and surgeries. Did you know there was supposed to be a new doctors upstairs from Pharmacy in retail park. It never happened ^
- *Need to remove Tory control of BC for these to happen
- ^ Need NHS and MP to champion this for residents

Working with Wycombe Food Hub and our partners to help reduce food waste and ensure affordable food options for struggling families.

From clean-ups to advocating for better lighting and safer roads, we’ll work to protect and enhance your environment.
